Seventy-one essays, print and Kindle editions, it’s my fourteenth published title and a celebration of the nineteenth anniversary of the In My Backpack (released just days ahead of the twentieth anniversary).

Movie and television fans will likely find it a bit interesting that Pinewood Studios is planning a massive expansion. Home to some of the most well-known (and legendary) productions ever made, the addition includes a significant nature reserve.

The fourteenth title is on the way!

Suspiciously Picturesque celebrates nineteen years of In My Backpack with seventy-one essays. Some drawn from the earliest days of the website, six created just for this book, and all exploring the world around us.

More details coming tomorrow, but we’ve officially locked in February 28th as the release of Suspiciously Picturesque.

The final publishing date change came about as a result of a few things that really don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Housekeeping issues and scheduling needs and assorted stuff that made pushing it back one week the thing to do.

Keep in touch, as things are going to begin picking up speed around here as the release nears. (Not to mention a certain website anniversary in March).
